We recommend measuring the circumference of your head just above your ears and across your forehead. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually best and adding a piece of filler.
If you have a round head, this is also the best option.
Will my hat lose its shape over time?
With proper care, your hat will hold its structure. Minor reshaping can be done with steam, but we recommend professional reshaping for best results.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept exchanges on unworn hats in original condition within 5 days of receiving your hat.
What materials are your hats made from?
Our hats are crafted from high-quality Bolivian Wool designed for durability, structure, and everyday wear. Each piece is finished with a silk liner for added comfort and a refined feel.

We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for design and production. Larger events may require additional lead time.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, we are available for travel depending on the event size and location. Travel fees and minimums may apply.
