Shipping Policy

All Tailor Hats orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days unless otherwise communicated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Tailor Hats is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tailor Hats cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
