Return Policy

We want you to love your Tailor Hat.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes hats that have been customized with branding, liners, sweatbands, shaping, burning, bands, embroidery, or any other personalization.

For non personalized items, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at ops@tailorhats.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work quickly to make it right.
